Thank you for choosing Fomizo. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, delivery timeframes, shipping fees, tracking, and other important details regarding shipments within the United States.

Processing Time

All orders placed through Fomizo require 2–4 business days for processing before being shipped. Processing includes order verification, quality control checks, packaging, and handoff to the carrier.

Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time within the United States is 7–10 business days. Delivery duration may vary depending on carrier workload, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fee

All U.S. orders are shipped at a flat rate of $6.45 USD per order. This fee covers handling, packaging, and transportation costs.

Shipping Coverage

Fomizo currently ships exclusively to addresses located within the United States. At this time, we do not provide international shipping services.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package for the first time.

If tracking information does not appear after the expected period, please contact our support team for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. Fomizo is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost packages due to customer address errors
  • Re-delivery or re-shipment fees caused by address corrections

If you need to modify the shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fomizo is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the carrier for the most accurate information. Our support team is available to assist and guide you through the process if needed.
