These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Fomizo and apply to all customers who place orders on our website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment information, you authorize Fomizo and our payment processors to:

  • Charge the total order amount
  • Validate your payment method
  • Retain tokenized payment information for order fulfillment if necessary

2. Billing Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information, including:

  • Full name
  • Billing address
  • Shipping address
  • Contact information
  • Valid payment method

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, failed transactions, or order cancellations.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Fomizo accepts major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and other approved payment providers displayed at checkout.

4. Taxes & Fees

All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes or duties, including sales tax, may be added based on shipping destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Confirmation & Receipts

After completing a purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and payment receipt via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact cs@fomizo.com.

6. Refunds & Disputes

Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Before filing a chargeback, contact Fomizo for resolution. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Order Verification

All orders are subject to verification to prevent fraud. Fomizo may request additional information or documentation to confirm the order.
