Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel orders placed on Fomizo and the procedures to follow.

1. Order Cancellation Eligibility

Customers may request to cancel an order under the following conditions:

  • The cancellation request must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • The order has not yet entered processing or shipping.

Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers may follow the Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

2. How to Request Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team immediately at cs@fomizo.com.
  2. Provide the order number, full name, and reason for cancellation.

Our team will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If the cancellation is approved:

  • The payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, typically taking 3–7 business days.

If a cancellation request is made after the 12-hour window or after the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be canceled and the customer may request a return following the Return & Refund Policy.
