Eligibility for Return & Refund

Customers may request a return and refund within 15 days of receipt. To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included components must remain intact.
  • A return authorization must be obtained by contacting our support team before sending the item back.

Items that do not qualify:

  • Used, altered, or damaged products
  • Items missing parts or original packaging
  • Final-sale items, custom-made products, or gift cards
  • Products returned without prior approval

Return Process

To begin a return:

  2. Provide your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos/videos if the item is defective.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item, inspection will be completed within 3–5 business days. Items meeting the return requirements will be approved for refund processing.

If the item is used, damaged, or does not meet the return criteria, the return may be denied or a partial refund may be issued depending on condition.

Refund Processing

After approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalize posting the refund.

Partial refunds may be granted for items with minor wear, missing packaging, or other conditions affecting resale value.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours if they have not yet begun processing. Once processing or shipping starts,
Fomizo offers refunds for eligible items returned within 15 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved during inspection.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide photos or videos of the issue so our support team can assist promptly. Approved defective/damaged claims may be refunded or replaced at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase as long as they have not entered processing. Once an order is being prepared or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may proceed with a return after receiving the item.
